Taking into account:
1. The provisions of article 59 of law 3852/2010 “New Architecture of
Local Government and Decentralized Administration – Kallikrates Program” (A’
87), as amended by par. 1 of article 68 of law 4555/2018 (A’ 133)
Cleisthenes Program I, by article 5 of law 4623/2019 (A’ 134), by article
47 of law 4647/19 (A’ 204), article 3 of law 5056/23 and article 118 of Law
5079/23.
2. The provisions of article 2 of Law 3852/2010 as amended and in force.
3. The provisions of article 92 of Law 3852/2010 “New Architecture of Local Government and Decentralized Administration – Kallikrates Program” (A’
87), as amended by article 33 of Law 4483/2017 (A’ 107) and par. 3
e of article 3 of Law 4051/2012 (A’ 40), regarding remuneration.

8. The fact that the Municipality may appoint four paid Deputy Mayors and
one unpaid Deputy Mayor.

DECIDES

A. Appoints the following municipal councilors as Deputy Mayors of the Municipality of West Mani, with a term of office from 21/1/2025 to 20/1/2026, within the current
municipal period, and transfers responsibilities to them as follows:
1. Mr. Vavaroutsos Georgios, ex officio, salaried, Deputy Mayor of Agricultural
Development and Electromechanical Works and transfers the
following responsibilities to him:
− The supervision and responsibility of the Agricultural Production Office
− The Agricultural road construction projects.
− The supervision and responsibility of the Electromechanical Works Office
and Transportation.
− The celebration of weddings in the absence of the Mayor.
2. Mr. Giatrakos Georgios, in substance, salaried, Deputy Mayor of Water Supply and
transfers to him the following responsibilities:
− The supervision and responsibility of the Water Supply – Sewerage Office.
3. Papamikrouleas Konstantinos, in substance, salaried Deputy Mayor of
Commercial Activities and Civil Protection and transfers to him the following
material and local responsibilities:
− The supervision and responsibility of the Office of Licensing and Regulation of
Commercial Activities
− The responsibility for organizing and coordinating the Civil Protection of the
Municipality.
4. Kompotis Georgios, in substance, salaried, Deputy Mayor of Environment and
Cleanliness and transfers the following responsibilities to him:
− The supervision and responsibility of the Department of Environment and
Cleanliness.
5. Michalakas Panagiotis, in place, unpaid, Deputy Mayor of Avia and
transfers the following responsibilities to him:
− The responsibility for the operation of the municipal services that are
established in the municipal unit of Avia, the care for
maintaining the equipment located in the municipal unit, in
good operating condition and the signing of certificates,
certificates and other administrative documents, issued
by the municipal services that operate within the boundaries of the municipal
unit.
B. The above persons cannot be elected or
be members of the presidium of the municipal council during their term of office.
C. The recall of the deputy mayor is possible at any time, by a specifically
reasoned decision of the mayor, for reasons related to the
exercise of his duties.
D. The responsibilities of the deputy mayors who are absent or prevented are exercised by the
Mayor.
E. When the Mayor is absent or unable to perform his duties, his duties shall be performed by the Deputy Mayor Mr. Vavaroutsos Georgios and when he is absent or unable to perform his duties, the Mayor’s duties shall be performed by the Deputy Mayor Mr.

F. Unpaid deputy mayors are not entitled to a salary or any other financial remuneration.
G. For the full exercise of their responsibilities, the deputy mayors have the
right to sign the corresponding administrative acts, as long as this
is understood to be included in the transfer of responsibility, as the material action
for its implementation.
